DynamicPM — 4-Week Live Coaching  ·  Cohort starts May 11

Still Not Passing the PMP Even After Your Prep Class?

You studied. You took the course. You’re putting in the time.
But something isn’t clicking, and it’s not a content problem.
It’s how you’re approaching the questions.

The PMP exam changes on July 9. This cohort ends June 4 — giving you 34 days to pass the exam you already studied for.

This is Where Most PMP Candidates Get Stuck.

They take a prep class. They study. They go through the material.

And then the scores don’t move.

Or they take the exam and don't pass.

So what do they do? They go back and study more. More notes. More videos. More practice questions.

But nothing changes.

It’s not because they aren’t putting in the work.
It’s because more content was never the answer.

60%?

65%? Maybe 70%.

Frameworks aren't enough

Knowing the ITTOs doesn’t tell you what PMI expects in a real scenario. Framework recall and exam judgment are completely different skills.

Memorization fails at scale

180 questions over 4 hours. Strategies built on recall collapse under pressure. You need a decision framework, not more notes.

Practice without method

Doing 1,000 questions without understanding PMI’s reasoning just reinforces wrong thinking. Volume without method doesn’t move the needle.

The PMP Exam Isn't Testing What You Know

It's testing how you think.

That’s why two answers can look right… But only one is the “best answer.”

PMI doesn’t write questions to test your memory. They write questions to test your judgment, your ability to think the way a project manager should in real situations.

Most prep courses never teach you that. They teach you content. They don’t teach you how PMI thinks.

That’s what this program fixes.

The DynamicQs Framework

A repeatable system for PMI-style thinking.

What is DynamicQs?

DynamicQs is the question-attack method at the core of this program. Instead of reading a question and hoping the right answer jumps out, you’ll learn a structured approach to break down what PMI is actually asking, filter out distractors, and arrive at the best answer with confidence.

What are PMIsms?

PMIsms are the patterns, priorities, and reasoning that PMI expects you to apply. They’re the unwritten rules behind every “best answer.” Once you learn to recognize them, the exam stops feeling unpredictable.

What This Program Covers

Break down situational questions

Stop reading questions at face value. Learn to identify the real problem PMI is presenting.

Identify what PMI is actually asking

Understand the PMIsms — the thinking patterns behind every “best answer.”

Eliminate wrong answers with confidence

Use a structured process to narrow choices instead of guessing between two.

Make consistent decisions under pressure

Build a repeatable approach so your performance doesn’t depend on how you’re feeling that day.

4 Weeks. 8 Live Sessions. One Goal.

Get you exam-ready.

Why you're stuck — and how PMI actually thinks

Understand what’s actually holding you back, and why studying more isn’t the fix.

Stakeholders, communication, and emotional intelligence

Learn the PMIsms: the reasoning patterns and priorities that drive every “best answer.”

The DynamicQs method — applied

Apply the step-by-step framework to analyze and eliminate answer choices.

Situational questions

Break down complex scenarios and learn to identify what actually matters.

Agile and hybrid thinking

Understand how PMI approaches Agile — and how it shows up differently in questions.

Stakeholders, teams, and priorities

Learn how to choose the right action when dealing with people, risks, and competing issues.

Pattern recognition and speed

Recognize question types faster and improve both accuracy and pace.

Final readiness

Refine your approach, address remaining gaps, and prepare for exam day.

Meet Your Instructor

Orlando Sequera is a senior IT project manager, PMP, and corporate training professional who has been coaching PMP candidates since 2014.

Over the past 11 years, he has trained thousands of candidates across industries, including IT, construction, healthcare, and finance. His students don’t just pass; they come away understanding how PMI thinks.

That depth of experience is what led Orlando to develop DynamicQs and PMIsms, two frameworks built from over a decade of observing exactly where prepared candidates break down on exam day. Not on content. On decision-making under pressure.

This program is the result of that work.

This isn’t theory. It’s a system built from real patterns, real exam logic, and real results.

Invest in the Shift That Gets You to Pass

The current PMP exam is available through July 8, 2026. Candidates who complete this cohort will have a 34-day window to sit for the exam before the July 9 update takes effect, and before exam fees increase.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. This is not a PMP prep course and is not designed to fulfill PMI's 35-contact-hour requirement. It's a coaching program for candidates who have already completed prep and need help with exam strategy and PMI-style reasoning.

Session recordings will be available in the member portal. Live attendance is strongly recommended; the Q&A and live coaching discussion are a significant part of the value. Missed sessions cannot be individually rescheduled or refunded.

Yes, this program was built with retakers in mind. If you've done the prep and still didn't pass, the issue is almost always the question approach, not content knowledge. That's exactly what DynamicQs and PMIsms address.

No. We don't make pass guarantees, and you should be skeptical of any program that does. Your results depend on your preparation, effort, and exam-day factors outside our control. What we teach is a rigorous, methodical approach to PMI-style questions. The rest is up to you.
Plan for 2–3 hours per week, reviewing recordings if needed, applying DynamicQs to practice questions, and reinforcing PMIsms patterns. Consistent application between sessions is where the real gains happen.

Dynamic PM Solutions is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner. Whether hours from this program may be claimed as self-directed learning PDUs is a determination you should make per PMI's guidelines. We are not affiliated with PMI.

Full refund if requested 7 or more calendar days before the first session. Requests within 7 days of the start date receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds after the first session has been delivered, regardless of attendance.
