You studied. You took the course. You’re putting in the time.
But something isn’t clicking, and it’s not a content problem.
It’s how you’re approaching the questions.
They take a prep class. They study. They go through the material.
And then the scores don’t move.
So what do they do? They go back and study more. More notes. More videos. More practice questions.
But nothing changes.
It’s not because they aren’t putting in the work.
It’s because more content was never the answer.
65%? Maybe 70%.
Knowing the ITTOs doesn’t tell you what PMI expects in a real scenario. Framework recall and exam judgment are completely different skills.
180 questions over 4 hours. Strategies built on recall collapse under pressure. You need a decision framework, not more notes.
Doing 1,000 questions without understanding PMI’s reasoning just reinforces wrong thinking. Volume without method doesn’t move the needle.
That’s why two answers can look right… But only one is the “best answer.”
PMI doesn’t write questions to test your memory. They write questions to test your judgment, your ability to think the way a project manager should in real situations.
Most prep courses never teach you that. They teach you content. They don’t teach you how PMI thinks.
That’s what this program fixes.
Stop reading questions at face value. Learn to identify the real problem PMI is presenting.
Identify what PMI is actually asking
Understand the PMIsms — the thinking patterns behind every “best answer.”
Eliminate wrong answers with confidence
Use a structured process to narrow choices instead of guessing between two.
Make consistent decisions under pressure
Build a repeatable approach so your performance doesn’t depend on how you’re feeling that day.
Get you exam-ready.
Learn the PMIsms: the reasoning patterns and priorities that drive every “best answer.”
Apply the step-by-step framework to analyze and eliminate answer choices.
Break down complex scenarios and learn to identify what actually matters.
Understand how PMI approaches Agile — and how it shows up differently in questions.
Learn how to choose the right action when dealing with people, risks, and competing issues.
Recognize question types faster and improve both accuracy and pace.

Orlando Sequera is a senior IT project manager, PMP, and corporate training professional who has been coaching PMP candidates since 2014.
Over the past 11 years, he has trained thousands of candidates across industries, including IT, construction, healthcare, and finance. His students don’t just pass; they come away understanding how PMI thinks.
That depth of experience is what led Orlando to develop DynamicQs and PMIsms, two frameworks built from over a decade of observing exactly where prepared candidates break down on exam day. Not on content. On decision-making under pressure.
This program is the result of that work.
This isn’t theory. It’s a system built from real patterns, real exam logic, and real results.
The current PMP exam is available through July 8, 2026. Candidates who complete this cohort will have a 34-day window to sit for the exam before the July 9 update takes effect, and before exam fees increase.

No. This is not a PMP prep course and is not designed to fulfill PMI's 35-contact-hour requirement. It's a coaching program for candidates who have already completed prep and need help with exam strategy and PMI-style reasoning.
Session recordings will be available in the member portal. Live attendance is strongly recommended; the Q&A and live coaching discussion are a significant part of the value. Missed sessions cannot be individually rescheduled or refunded.
Yes, this program was built with retakers in mind. If you've done the prep and still didn't pass, the issue is almost always the question approach, not content knowledge. That's exactly what DynamicQs and PMIsms address.
